This program features seven evening yoga practices to prepare you for bed every night of the week. Moving through simple feel-good classes, this course will help you unwind, slow down, and digest everything around you. Each day of the week, you'll flow through a new slow bedtime practice designed using the principles of restorative, yin, and slow vinyasa yoga. Combining these unique styles, you'll gently stretch your body and balance your mind to help you unwind after your day so you can de-stress and prepare for a good night's sleep.
