What is included in the training?

The course tuition includes all of the following:

What language is the training taught in?

The course will be entirely taught in English, so proficiency in English is essential.

What are the prerequisites for the course?

The only things you need to be able to join the course are a genuine interest in meditation and mindfulness, coming with an open mind, and being prepared to learn :)

What technology do I need to be able to join?

All pre-recorded videos will be made available through private links. You can access these videos from any device with internet.

How is this course Yoga Alliance accredited if it is taught online?

Due to the extenuating circumstances of this heartbreaking global pandemic, Yoga Alliance has granted a temporary provision to allow its schools to offer contact hours in a virtual format.

In other words, they are temporarily allowing registered yoga schools to offer their courses online in order to keep everyone safe. To successfully register with Yoga Alliance for 10 contact hours of continuing education, you must complete all coursework.
