Yoga is a practice, not something to be perfected. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, you are good enough. You do not need to be an asana master to teach effectively or to impact your students in a positive way. You do not need to be able to hold handstand free-floating to offer meaningful classes to your community.
Perfectly practicing asana does not create a good teacher. Teaching is a completely separate skill that we will extensively study and practice in this training. You will learn the art of communication and how to empower your students. Your asana skills are unrelated to your teaching skills.
If you love yoga and want to share its teachings, then you are undoubtedly "good enough" and ready to teach yoga!
The first and last day are used as travel days so please schedule your arrival and departure accordingly.
The nearest airport is Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" (airport code: ATH). From here, you can join the shared airport shuttle.
If you'd prefer to travel on your own, you can take a taxi, public transport, or rent a car to drive to Arkitsa Port. The port is roughly 1.5 hours from the airport. From Arkitsa Port, you can take a ferry to the city of Edipsos on Evia Island. The picturesque ferry takes about 45 minutes.
You also have the option to drive to Evia Island from Athens via the bridge in Halkida city. The scenic drive takes about 3 hours.
We are happy to help arrange transportation for you!
This training accommodates students of many levels. There will be an emphasis on safe alignment, modifications, and adjustments for different bodies and skill levels. Wherever you are on your yoga journey, you will be supported :)
While some prior yoga practice is helpful, you do not need to be an advanced yogi or have a certain "level" of asana practice to join. The course supports different levels of strength and flexibility and invites options for various skill levels, injuries, conditions, etc.
Each group is slightly different, but the size is typically somewhere between 12 to 24 people.
While anatomically-informed hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga are at the core of our teachings, our methodology is also influenced by the Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, and Kundalini traditions. We will also briefly cover essential aspects of prenatal yoga.
The course will be entirely taught in English, so proficiency in English is essential.
We accept either bank transfers or major credit/debit cards for the deposit and remaining course tuition fees. A deposit is required to secure your space in the training and the remaining balance of your tuition is due by the date specified in your welcome packet. Payment plans are available upon request.
It is recommended that you have a dedicated and consistent yoga practice for about 6 months to 1 year before joining the course. The only other prerequisites are a genuine interest in yoga, coming with an open mind, and being prepared to learn :)
This is an intensive and hybrid blend yoga teacher training program, so full attendance and completion of all homework and assignments is mandatory in order to successfully graduate from the course. You are required to watch all online videos either prior to or after attending the in-person portion of the training (depending on which course dates you choose to attend).
After completing your registration, you will receive your official welcome packet. This will include your pre-course required readings and then you will be emailed access to your online course portal to prepare you for the training.
A typical training day in-person includes:
You also get one full day off per week to rest and explore the local area.
A typical training day online is completely self-paced. You will follow along with pre-recorded videos, so you can follow whatever schedule works best for you in whatever time frame suits you!

I just completed part of my hybrid yoga training, and I have to say it was way beyond anything I expected. The experience was powerful, enriching, and truly transformative. The location was absolutely beautiful, amazing food and great people. Leah is an incredibly professional and gifted teacher. Her ability to explain concepts clearly and with so much depth made every session meaningful and easy to follow. It’s mind-blowing how much she knows not just about yoga poses, but the philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and more. What really stood out was how Leah made the days fly by. Her energy, clarity, and presence kept everyone engaged and motivated. I never thought intensive training could feel this enjoyable and fulfilling. I’m so grateful for this journey and can’t recommend this training and Leah as a teacher enough!

Leah has developed such an amazing yoga teacher training. In a short amount of time we delved deeply into the history of yoga, teaching methodologies and sequencing (and many more). I now feel ready and equipped to teach what I love! Her stunning leadership skills also helped to set a warm and nourishing environment for all of us students to flourish in unison and build strong life long connections with each other. This time has been a pivotal moment in my life and I’m forever grateful. Don’t get me wrong, we all had to WORK our minds, our bodies and our spirits. We were tested and challenged but I wouldn’t have it any other way. In a market so saturated of teacher trainings, just stop at Leah and let her take you on this beautiful journey to transition from student to teacher.

Not only is Leah a fantastically gifted teacher, she is a beautiful person too. Her knowledge, passion and patience are utterly inspiring. If you can study in any way with Leah, do it, you won't regret it!

Delightful, empowering, soulful and all around magnificent. Leah is a kind, intelligent, informed teacher. She embodies yogic principles and created an environment where everyone felt like a meaningful part of the community.

This trip was absolutely life changing and spectacular. I have learned SO much - I went from being too scared to lead a five minute meditation to teaching sixty minute vinyasa classes with ease. Leah has this amazing way of making everyone feel so comfortable and confident in themselves no matter where they’re at. She is a very empowering and intelligent teacher, and clearly loves her job...Overall this was an experience I will never forget.

I am full of gratitude for this experience and the space that Leah held and for the prime location she chose to hold it in. Joining this course was a huge leap of faith. In my doubts while selecting a course to attend, I trusted in the idea that what was in front of me was meant for me. The space Leah held and the delicacy of the language with which she spoke has affected entirely the way in which I will move, speak, and hold space for myself and others. I have truly never met a teacher so aware of their own impact in real time. Being in this training truly reiterated the fact that you are exactly where you are meant to be. I will cherish this experience forever, and am grateful not just for the physical growth and understanding I’ve been given, but for the mental, soul growth I have moved through.

This was my third YTT and by far the best. Leah is an excellent teacher and communicator and she prepared every part of the course with perfection.

Leah is the most inspiring teacher I’ve ever met. I am really so grateful that I met such an amazing person and that such a beautiful soul exists in this world. I had the honor to take Leah’s 200hr online yoga teacher training and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. Leah has created a dynamic space of safety, community, trust and love and every part of this training was wholeheartedly vibrant in its interactivity. She was always so eager to help and guide me through the process of this life changing experience. She speaks from her heart to every student and makes everyone feel so truly unique and special. I hope that every person that wants to take a yoga teacher training chooses Leah’s training that, in my honest opinion, has everything that a new yoga teacher must know when starting its long journey as a teacher. This training is truly a journey of self growth and transformation.

The trip was amazing. It was very challenging, which I anticipated and had hoped for. I walked away feeling confident and like I got more than I paid for. Leah is a true professional in the yoga industry. The world of yoga is lucky to have someone so passionate and intelligent to be able take what she knows and teach others. My expectations were surpassed and I can’t imagine there is anyone who could give you more.

It was beyond anything I could imagine and at the same time, it was everything I thought it would be. I knew it was gonna be hard for me, but I’m so grateful that I faced my fears, and with the help of an incredible, loving and kind teacher, I was able to get myself back to my Mat. I came to learn how to be a yoga instructor and in the process, changed my way of eating, overcame mental, emotional, and physical obstacles that stand in the way of me being my best version of my True Self. I have no doubt that I will be teaching classes...but if I never taught a class, I’ve gotten so much out of this that will forever be a part of my life. Thank you so much Leah.

A life-changing experience. I will carry on with what I've learned in the Nomad YTT for the rest of my life.

There aren't enough words to describe the emotions that arise when I think about this experience. It has been at the same time the hardest and most wonderful 3 weeks I've had in my life. I have learned so much about every aspect of yoga: its philosophy, history, and physical practice but mainly I've learned so much about myself and the person I am or want to be. This training made me feel as an open door to a whole new world to discover and I'm so eager to continue on this pathway and discover much more of it. Thank you for this life-changing experience.

Leah’s teaching style is a combination of strength and grace, of high technicality and beautiful spirituality. Leah shares her knowledge selflessly and with great kindness...I feel so grateful to have met her, and would recommend her classes and trainings 100%!

It was the best experience of my life. Leah has to be the best teacher I've ever met and I feel so honored to have had the chance to be trained by her.

I have tried several times but when it comes to putting the words down, I’m getting lost. What I owe you is so much more than a “thank you” because I feel that what you taught me is the most valuable lesson I have learned in life. And for that, I am grateful. I opened myself up to the lessons you had to teach and what you taught has had a deep impact on me as a person. It is not something that I really understand, but I feel it happening. Thank you for everything you showed me and every lesson you gave. Thank you for being such a profound light in the world. And thank you for shining a little of that light on me. And thank you so much for having such a huge impact on me that I find myself tearing up as I try to write you a message of gratitude. Thank you so, so much for reaching into me in ways I don’t even understand.

I honestly had the feeling that Leah thought the 200hr teacher training course through from A to Z. It exceeded my expectations by far and I am actually sad that it is over already and most certainly will sign up for further training with Leah. I was a student of Leah in Hong Kong many years ago. I honestly forgot over the years exactly why I had the feeling I needed to learn more from her. During Day 1 of my 200 hour teacher training it all came back: she teaches with kindness, openness, clarity, and her cues for asana practice are as sharp as a chef’s knife. I can’t wait to continue on—on this life-long journey of practicing yoga and I hope to cross paths with Leah online and in person as a student of hers many more times. THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart.

Leah was an incredible teacher who guided and held space for 24 different and diverse students. At the start of the course I was unable to imagine a future as a teacher; by the end of the course, we were all confidently teaching our peers and I am now planning my own yoga classes. INCREDIBLE!

Leah is a complete force of total goodness and she has a massive presence. Her classes flow with consummate ease and, as a new yoga teacher myself, I now appreciate that her cueing is super world class. Never once did I find myself wondering what to do with my body. No class was ever the same. She always taught who was in the room and gave us all the confidence to attempt more difficult postures through her skill and compassion. Whilst she is light-hearted, there is a beautiful spirituality underlining her purpose on the mat. It makes you think on a deeper level when you leave the mat and return to “life.” Every class is a journey. World class teacher, world class person. I have yet to come across a better teacher on many levels.

Thank you Leah for being such a dedicated, insightful, and lovely teacher—I still can't believe how much I learned from you.

Leah has this natural gift to kindly and professionally lead you toward and within yourself during the whole practice.

Leah, my flow is forever changed thanks to your teachings.

Leah is such an inspiring person with a deep knowledge of yoga as a science and a philosophy. She always knew how to encourage us with her creative and motivating teaching techniques. Her classes are super enjoyable and she's the sweetest teacher ever! <3
